How it all started...
Eternal City Church started as a church plant in the Wilkinsburg neighborhood of east Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. We started in 2014 in the living room of Chris and Meghan Moran. In January of 2026, we merged with Friendship Avenue Church in East Pittsburgh. Our atmosphere is welcoming and casual, but we are serious about multiplying people's passionate love for Jesus Christ and for those made in His image. Here, gospel truth is clearly and consistently proclaimed, Christ is highly exalted, and people are deeply and dearly loved. We are also part of the Acts 29 Network.
Expanding the vision...
Eternal City's ministry focus for the next ten years will be on continued equipping and launching believers into discipleship opportunities in their own contexts.
In addition, we will continue to invest in Uganda through our efforts with our Gulu Shepherd The Flock training conference and Church in Hard Places elder and pastor training.
